10 fun ways I’m spring cleaning my life right now

Even though it’s wintry in NYC this week, the last couple weeks I have experienced telltale signs of Spring.. birds chirping, flowers blooming, warmer sunlight, and I’ve noticed the inevitable shift in my energy.

I have more motivation overall and an urge to get moving. 🏃🏻‍♀️

To feel more spaciousness in all areas of my life. 💨

And a desire to hit refresh. 😌


Instead of getting caught up in the need to do or letting that pressure become internalized, I’ve been experimenting with fun ways to incorporate the energy of Spring Cleaning anywhere I’m noticing feelings of stagnation, stuckness, blahness or heaviness.
