The educational videos are between 30-50 minutes and the Q&A’s are about 60 minutes. The meditations are between 10-15 minutes and can be done as few or as many times as you’d like although I recommend doing each module’s meditation daily for the duration of that module. The workbooks are for you to work through at your own pace after you watch the videos. I do suggest carving out some time to really give yourself space to dive deep as this is where the true change happens.
